Our GP appointments are available Monday to Friday, but for many of our services, you don’t need to see a GP at all. Our job is to empower you to access the healthcare you need, whether a routine blood test or sexual health testing, with or without an NHS or private doctor referral.

All are welcome. You do not need to be registered with an NHS GP; using our service does not impact you if you do have an NHS GP registration. You can use us as your main healthcare provider on an ad-hoc basis or just once. It’s entirely up to you.
You have three ways of making an appointment. The majority of our services can be booked online. You can also call or email us, and our friendly team will help you make your appointment at your convenience. Please note that we are not currently accepting walk-in appointments due to the need to triage patients.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission with a “good” rating and accredited by UKAS to ISO 15189 for COVID testing, so you can be sure that you will be seen safely by experienced and professional clinicians, supported by a great team at reception.
