Total cholesterol tests/fingerprick tests aren’t beneficial because your total cholesterol level is the sum of your “good” and “bad” cholesterol. A high “good” cholesterol level is a positive finding as this is cardioprotective.

Alternatively, you can have a light breakfast and fast during the day, scheduling your appointment in the afternoon. Adequate hydration is crucial for safe blood-taking, so please ensure you drink plenty of water before your appointment.

Your results from the Platinum Blood Profile will be accessible within 24 hours. Each result undergoes a thorough review by a doctor before being delivered to you. If your results are within normal ranges, you will receive a notification along with your result. In the case of significant abnormalities, a doctor will personally contact you to discuss the findings and provide guidance on recommended next steps. Alternatively, you can choose to share your results with your GP for further consultation and care coordination.
