How do I make an appointment?

You have three ways of making an appointment. The majority of our services can be booked online. You can also call or email us, and our friendly team will help you make your appointment at your convenience. Please note that we are not currently accepting walk-in appointments due to the need to triage patients.

Are you still COVID-safe?

100%. We have maintained our COVID safety protocols, including a mask policy, HEPA filters in all rooms, routine team testing, triaging patients, and supporting symptomatic patients remotely.

Is seeing a private doctor confidential?

When seeing a private doctor, you will have a confidential GP consultation. If you are also under the care of another doctor or GP for the same or related condition, we will gain your consent at the time of your GP consultation to share information where that is relevant to your care and optimises the care you receive.
