We are delighted to be a preferred provider for several international health insurers to support you during your stay in the UK.
We have a direct billing agreement with international insurers, meaning you don’t need to pay and reclaim, making the process and smooth and simple.
We look after you from A to Z, helping you navigate a healthcare system that might be new to you. Our team are experienced in supporting international patients and will support you every step of the way.
We work with the following international insurers – even if you don’t see your insurer on this list, please contact us and we can make arrangements with you:

Direct billing with your insurer
Medical concierge services
For some insurers, such as Cigna International or Cigna Expatriates, we don’t require an authorisation or letter of guarantee. For others, this is a requirement from the insurer so please get in touch with them in advance of attending your appointment.
As a primary care service, we are not covered by UK insurers such as Bupa or Simply Health.
Use our online booking engine or book your appointment by giving us a call.
On the online booking engine select the “appointment type” you need.
You will be seen by one of our friendly doctors or trained clinicians.
If you are insured with Aetna, Allianz International Care, AXA PPP International, Bupa International, Cigna International Expatriate Benefits, Healix International, Alico and MediCare International, you have coverage for our services.
For other companies, please contact your insurance provider to make sure that they let you know the procedures for claims, as different companies have a wide range of plans and insurance policies.
