On the online booking engine select the “appointment type” you need.
You will be seen by one of our friendly doctors or trained clinicians.
Ensure all employees are aware of the scheduled dates for their medicals. Provide a clear schedule with appointment slots. Instruct employees if fasting is required before certain tests (e.g., blood tests). Encourage drinking water during the fasting period to stay hydrated. Advise wearing loose, comfortable clothing, especially if undergoing physical tests or stress tests. Suggest bringing a change of clothes if specific tests (like ECGs) require undressing.
Employees will typically start with a consultation to review their medical history, concerns, and any pre-appointment questionnaire responses. Blood pressure, weight, height, and other vital signs are usually taken. A comprehensive physical examination may include assessments of the cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, and musculoskeletal systems.
After all tests are completed, there may be a final consultation to discuss initial findings. Immediate advice or recommendations (e.g., lifestyle changes) may be provided based on the results.
