Visa applications for St Kitts and Nevis are straightforward

If you are planning to apply for a work or travel visa in St Kitts and Nevis, you will need to have a general examination, and be tested for HIV. These test results will be available within 24 hours.

Routine vaccinations, as well as vaccinations for Hepatitis A and Typhoid, are also highly recommended.
