Alya Shakir

Alya has been responsible for the growth of the clinics, overseeing their expansion and development and creating policies and procedures to ensure optimum patient care and experience. Alya is the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission.

She trained in psychology and psychotherapy and applies her training to support mental health promotion and organisational wellbeing programmes, including HR and management training. She also advises on occupational health challenges, particularly in relation to mental health.
