Alena Mareckova

Alena has worked with our team since September 2011. She became the Practice Manager of our City branch in 2013. While working with us, Alena completed her degree in Business Administration. Over the last few years, she has developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of practice management and was promoted to the position of Executive Manager for both our clinics in October 2019.

Her organisational skills help to ensure a rapid and seamless liaison between patients, corporate clients and the team. This helps us to make sure that all our patients see the most appropriate clinician as quickly as possible. She is also invaluable in much of the behind-the-scenes work, such as liaising with laboratories, hospitals and insurance companies.

Alena has assisted our lead clinician Dr Juhasz with the production and update of many of our protocols and supports our registered manager Alya Shakir in making clinical improvements, following appropriate guidelines and coordinating clinical audits.

In her spare time, she is very fond of a good book. She also enjoys walking and socialising with her friends and family, and whenever possible, with cats and dogs!

Alena also loves to travel when time allows. She is currently learning Spanish and Russian.
