Update on Opening Hours

Front of Walk In Clinic

Dear Valued Patients,

We have taken the difficult decision to close our City of London branch during the coronavirus-related lockdown and we will be here to look after you all once things return to normal.

Our Queen Anne Street branch continues to operate normal hours and services.

We are confident that we will be able to achieve continuity of care through our Queen Anne Street branch as both clinics share the same patient database and follow the same processes. In addition, our City doctors are available to contact if any clarification is needed.

Our Queen Anne Street branch can support you with:

  • In-person appointments (unless you have a cold or ‘flu symptoms)
  • Telephone and video appointments for any condition
  • Home visits (unless you have a cold or ‘flu symptoms)
  • Remote prescriptions
  • Repeat prescriptions
  • Medical testing
  • Coronavirus testing
  • Routine follow-ups
  • Health screenings
  • Vaccinations

We understand that our City of London branch is a favoured and local branch to some of you and we hope you can understand the extraordinary circumstances we are all facing and just how difficult this decision has been. We are committed to looking after you now and in the future.

Kind regards,

Alya Shakir

Managing Director
