Check Symptoms & Get Treated

Our full STD Screening package includes:
HIV antibodies – this looks for the antibodies that are produced in response to the presence of HIV infection in the body
P24 antigen, early HIV detection – this can detect HIV earlier than the antibodies test (within 10 days) as it looks for the virus protein itself
Syphilis VDRL
Hepatitis B surface antigen – many people have had hepatitis B vaccinations that produce hepatitis B antibodies, and these will show up in most tests. Instead, we test for the virus protein, which will reveal whether or not you have an active hepatitis B virus.
Hepatitis C antibodies
Chlamydia
Gonorrhoea
If you have no symptoms and are testing for peace of mind, there is no consultation fee payable.

However, if you have any symptoms, please note that a consultation fee is payable of £85 with a specialist nurse or £175 with a GP.

How will I get my test results?
We offer you the choice of how you receive your results. We can organise for a doctor to call you on the telephone, or you can receive them by email, post, or in-person.
Does my partner need to be tested?
If you or your partner are experiencing symptoms, it is advised that you both are tested, as you can pass an infection back and forth. During treatment, you may be advised to abstain from sex or only practice safe sex until you both have your results and are both clear.
What happens if any of my test results come back positive?
In the event that you need treatment, your prescription will be included in your consultation fee. You will be able to discuss your results with the doctor, who can advise you on any important measures and what to do next.
