Visiting a doctor abroad can feel daunting, but a little preparation can ensure your appointment goes smoothly. Our team will inform you of the specific documentation you need to bring. Generally, international patients are advised to have their passport or national photo ID; relevant visa or travel documents; a guarantee of payment sent via email, including the policy number and authorisation code (for direct billing); a brief summary of their medical history, including past illnesses, surgeries, allergies, and chronic conditions; a list of any current medications with dosages; and vaccination records, if applicable.
Most tests are conducted at our clinic. On the off chance that the test you need cannot be performed on our premises, it will be arranged at a nearby facility. If a referral is required, we will be happy to provide one. We advise all our patients to wear comfortable clothing, as this makes conducting tests much easier for our patients.
