How to Book a Same-Day Private GP Appointment in London
It’s common to need a GP appointment at short notice. Health concerns don’t always follow a schedule, and symptoms can
Visa Medicals > Kazakhstan Visa Medical
UK nationals visiting Kazakhstan for up to 30 days within a 180-day period do not need a visa.
There are no specific medical requirements for short-term tourist or business visits.
However, for longer stays or certain visa types, medical examinations or vaccinations may be required. Our FCO-recognised clinic can help ensure consulate-approved documentation to streamline the process.
If you are planning to work, study, or live in the beautiful central Asian country of Kazakhstan, you may be asked, depending on your visa type, to undergo a medical. This helps protect the Kazakhstani population from potential health risks and communicable diseases.
For certain visa types or if you have a pre-existing lung condition or have had TB in the past, you might need to provide proof of TB screening and/or medical records. Plus, travellers staying in Kazakhstan for more than 3 months may be required to provide blood and urine testing to screen for any communicable diseases.
While not a mandatory requirement for entry, the Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for all travellers to Kazakhstan, especially healthcare workers. Our clinic offers transparent pricing for all our services, allowing you to focus on your health and visa application rather than unnecessary bills.
If you need to get a TB screening, you can expect a chest X-ray to be performed. It is recommended to wear comfortable and loose clothing to help make this process easier.
Similarly, if you need an HIV test, it will be in the form of a blood test (usually taken from your arm).
Testing for other health issues a urine sample may be required too. Therefore, wearing loose-fitting clothing also helps.
We understand that visa timelines can be tight. Therefore we offer:
Use our online booking engine or book your appointment by giving us a call.
On the online booking engine select the “appointment type” you need.
You will be seen by one of our friendly doctors or trained clinicians.

Remember to bring all your medical requirements, as well as a passport-sized photo along with your passport (but a driver’s licence will also suffice) to your appointment. Especially since 25% of visa medicals need to be rescheduled due to forgotten or incorrect documentation.

Depending on your type of visa, your doctor may review your medical history, travel history, and recommend certain vaccinations (for example, if you are staying over in a Yellow Fever high risk area before entering Kazakhstan, a Yellow Fever vaccination or booster will be needed). A chest X-ray, a blood test and a urine test may also be performed.

We will ensure your results as well as your medical report are ready within the expected timeframe for you to submit along with your visa application.
