Visa Medicals > Malta Visa Medical
If you are applying for a Maltese work visa, long-term residence permit, or relocating under an employer-sponsored program, you may be asked to undergo a full medical examination.
At our City Walk-In Clinics in London, we conduct visa medicals tailored to the Maltese embassy and immigration requirements. Our experienced and FCO-registered doctors and on-site diagnostic team ensure a streamlined process with fast turnaround and minimal inconvenience.
Whether you’re moving for work, family, or study, we’re here to support your transition with fast, reliable medical clearance, with no hidden fees added to the mix.
Your Maltese visa medical may include a full medical examination conducted by a GMC-registered doctor, along with a review of your medical history and vaccination status. It may also involve a chest X-ray for TB screening and blood tests for conditions such as HIV, Hepatitis B and C, and syphilis (VDRL/TPHA).
Liver and kidney function tests may be included if required. Additionally, the medical may involve a urinalysis and drug and alcohol screening if requested by your employer. We tailor your medical to meet the specific requirements of your sponsor, employer, or the Maltese consulate.
Our central London location is easily accessible from anywhere in the city. We offer fast service, with most reports ready within one to two business days. All tests are conducted in-house, eliminating the need to travel between providers. Our reports are embassy-compliant, properly formatted and signed for official use. Our experienced team is trusted by international employers and agencies.
To ensure a smooth and successful experience, you should:

The examination may include a chest scan, a full medical history review, and the collection of blood and urine samples. The entire process is fairly painless; however, if you are feeling stressed, please discuss it with your doctor so that we can make the process as comfortable as possible.
