Visa Medicals > Turks And Caicos Visa Medical
The Turks and Caicos Islands welcomed approximately 8,541 visitors from the United Kingdom in 2023.
Even though UK citizens travelling to the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) do not typically require a visa for tourist visits of up to 90 days. If you are planning on staying longer (like working or residing) in the TCI, a visa medical is required.
In order to obtain your Certificate of Good Health as part of the visa application process, you will need to get a physical examination, blood tests to check for Syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis B, urinalysis, a urine drug test, a possible ECG (if you are over the age of 40), and a chest X-ray to check for TB (tuberculosis).
The purpose of a visa medical is to ensure that you do not carry transmissible diseases that could pose a threat to the population of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Our FCO-recognised clinics offer a comprehensive medical assessment service tailored to meet the specific health screening requirements set by the Turks and Caicos Immigration Department to help make your move to Turks and Caicos as smooth as possible.
Our medical team is experienced in completing immigration medicals in line with Caribbean immigration authority standards. We also ensure all forms and reports are correctly completed to avoid processing delays.

Use our online booking engine or book your appointment by giving us a call.
On the online booking engine select the “appointment type” you need.
You will be seen by one of our friendly doctors or trained clinicians.

You need to book an appointment to avoid disappointment. There are also no special requirements needed for your TCI visa medical examination. Remember to bring a recent passport-sized photo of yourself, as well as a valid passport/driver’s license for identification purposes.

One of our UK-licensed doctors will review your medical history, and perform a comprehensive full health physical exam, along with a chest X-Ray and a series of blood and urine tests. An ECG may need to be done if you are 40 years or older. However, all of the above examinations are fairly straightforward and should not take too long to complete. Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment to make the testing process easier.

We will be sure to contact you once your results are in and your medical report is ready for submission.
