The Wellman examination is a comprehensive preventative health assessment designed specifically for men. It provides detailed insight into your current health status and identifies early risk factors that may impact long-term well-being.
Each assessment includes an extended consultation and head-to-toe examination with an experienced GP, advanced laboratory testing, cardiovascular evaluation, and structured follow-up.

Every Wellman screening includes a 90-minute consultation with an experienced GP, a full physical examination, a detailed review of your lifestyle and medical history, cardiovascular risk analysis, and advanced laboratory testing (60+ biomarkers, depending on the package). You will receive a personalised written report with a clear health plan and structured follow-up.
The assessment evaluates key areas, including cardiovascular and metabolic health, prostate and hormonal function, fatigue and vitality markers, inflammation, early degenerative risk indicators, and selected cancer-related markers (package-dependent).
The aim is not only early detection but also clear, preventive planning to support long-term health and longevity.

You will be seen by one of our friendly doctors or trained clinicians.
To prepare for your upcoming Wellman appointment, start by gathering your medical history and noting any symptoms or concerns. Make a list of all current medications and supplements you are taking. Please note that this is a fasting test.
We recommend having a light dinner the night before and skipping breakfast the following morning.
If your appointment is in the afternoon, avoid food for at least 6 hours beforehand. Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water; tea or black coffee without milk or sugar is also fine.
If attending in the afternoon, avoid food for at least six hours. If urinalysis is included, arriving with a full bladder is helpful.
We will first get to know you to understand your current health concerns, health goals and lifestyle. Your GP will ensure a detailed discussion of your medical history, including family health and lifestyle.
Your GP will then perform a full head-to-toe physical examination.
With our nurse, blood tests will be conducted to assess factors such as complete blood count, cholesterol, liver and kidney function, thyroid levels, diabetes status and much more.
We’ll also conduct a range of additional tests, such as an electrocardiogram (ECG), spirometry, audiometry, and pulse wave velocity, depending on your package.
We ensure your comfort throughout the testing process.
Results are typically available within 1 – 7 working days, depending on your package. Your package includes a 30-minute follow-up, in person or virtual with the GP who saw you, which takes place the following week.
The comprehensive, tailored report (no AI), summarising the examination, its results, and any suggestions, will be sent via email after your follow-up.
